My husband can't do cow's milk so goats were our best choice and the milk is delicious! As far as the peach trees, IF they can survive a cold snap in the Spring when in blossom, we get tons of peaches. Otherwise, nothing. The 2 peach trees old enough to bear were here when we bought the place 3 years ago. We're adding more, in more sheltered areas, and hoping for the best. Feel free to contact me via e-mail so we can chat.Veehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12056220281184069289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3539511135147761958.post-85106111442646654432013-01-22T09:52:04.757-07:002013-01-22T09:52:04.757-07:00Sounds like a great home you have. Unfortunatly we have many food allergies so to keep every one safe and healthy we only eat food made at home. I would also love to hear about your peach trees, do you get many how do they hold up to the cold snaps?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3539511135147761958.post-6818033407409579752013-01-22T09:36:32.926-07:002013-01-22T09:36:32.926-07:00Milk milk milk... oh i dream and pray for the day ...Milk milk milk... oh i dream and pray for the day we will can own a small herd of milk goats or sheep. My kids cant have cows milk. My dad grew up on raw milk and my parents in oregon have found a supply for a reasonable cost and say they will never go back. I think as more and more people get stick from modern farming more people will switch over. That or the government will get so big it will implode and thats all we'll have to drink so it will come to drink or go with out.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
